The service

PicoDiet (picodiet.com) makes image files smaller and converts them between formats. It is free and needs no account. We may change, limit or stop features at any time, for example the number or size of images per batch.

Your images

You keep all rights to the images you upload and to the results. By uploading an image you let us process it only to give you the result; we claim no other rights to it. Images are deleted from our server within 3 minutes after you finish, as described in the privacy policy.

Only upload images you have the right to use. Don't upload anything illegal, including content that sexually exploits children or infringes someone else's rights.

Fair use

PicoDiet is meant for people using the page. Please don't:

• call its server directly from scripts, bots or other services, or send more work than a person would;
• try to get around its limits, break its security or disrupt it for others;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the service.

We may block traffic that does any of this.

No warranty

PicoDiet is provided "as is". In Quality mode PicoDiet keeps only results that reach your chosen quality score, but a score is a prediction of what people see, not a promise for every image and every use. Check important images before you rely on them, and keep your originals: PicoDiet deletes uploads within minutes and keeps no copies.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damage from using or not being able to use PicoDiet. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and using PicoDiet after a change means you accept it. Questions go to @tevkert on X.
